Ingredients
1 Packet tender stem broccoli (big packet = 400g)
1 Heaped tsp. wholegrain mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. Olive oil
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a pan
Chop the bottom ends of the broccoli off
Add broccoli to the heated pan & toss until just done – you still want them to be bright green & have a slight crunch
In a bowl mix the mustard & lemon juice
Pour the dressing over the broccoli & serve hot!
