Ingredients
1 small wholemeal pita bread
1 tablespoon of bottled pizza sauce,
1 slice of shaved turkey deli
1 medium mushroom, sliced
4 slice tomato
1⁄4 onion sliced
30 gram of reduced fat cheese
Preparation
Top pita bread with pizza sauce
Assemble ham, vegetables and cheese on top
Cook in pre-heated oven until cheese has melted
Serve with 2 cups of green salad
