Ingredients
1 Small packet green beans, cut the ends off
1 Punnet button mushrooms, rinsed and cut into quarters
2 tsps. Olive oil
1 tsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Dried chili flakes (optional)
Pinch salt & pepper
Preparation
Heat the oil & garlic in a pan on medium heat
Add the Mushrooms to the pan & cook until golden brown in colour
While the Mushrooms are busy – add the green beans to a bowl of boiling water & leave for 3-4 minutes (this is just to blanche the green beans)
Once the mushrooms are golden brown, add the green beans & cook for a further 3-4 minutes
Season with salt & pepper (& chilli – optional)
