Ingredients
1 Large head of cauliflower, trimmed at the base
1 tsp. Ground cumin
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Turmeric
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
2 Tbs. olive oil
¼ cup Flat leaf parsley
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Line an ovenproof dish with foil
Place the whole cauliflower head on the roasting tray
Pour the olive oil into the palm of your hands and RUB onto the cauliflower (covering all the florets)
Sprinkle the cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt & pepper over the cauliflower
Place in the oven & roast for 45 minutes. You can then cover the cauliflower with a lid and cook further until cooked all the way through
Splash lemon juice over the top & sprinkle with parsley to finish
