In a food processor place the cauliflower florets and process until you get a rice like texture. Transfer to a pot with water and boil for around 10 to 15 minutes.
In a cooking pan place 2 tbsp olive oil, add the sliced onions, cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Incorporate the okra. Add the curry, turmeric, ginger and tomato paste and cook for another 10 minutes. Add the beans, black pepper, salt and chopped coriander, stir for another 2 minutes and set aside.
Mix the cauliflower rice with lemon juice and chopped coriander and black pepper.
Start by plating the cauliflower rice. Add the Curried okra, decorate with sesame seeds and serve.
